Excellent place to eat very clean people are very friendly plenty of room to eat at
After a 15 minute Wait I was asked what I was waiting for. When I told them my food I was told that they did not have any outstanding orders. When I gave them the receipt and asked for my money back it took another 5 to 10 mins to get my money. Oh yeah they offered me to wait longer and I could have my food as well. I chose to take my money and go. In all, the time spent there was a total of close to 40 mins. Unnecessary time spent when traveling. A 40 min wait on a stop and go fast food place is just not acceptable.
Combined with a fuel station and quick shop -- there is something for everyone. ;-)
We stop at this establishment when traveling to Ohio. Good food. Good service. Plenty of room to sit and eat if one desires.
Certainly good for the ice cream products, but the regular fast food is pretty mediocre.
I had originally posted a bad review about the Dobson dairy Queen. I had to actually drive there to receive my refund they were having problems with their card system and after refunding my money it was took out again. After my conversation with the friendly shift manager and receiving my refund I wanted to come back to Google reviews and leave a positive review. For whatever reasons I did have a bad experience at the Dobson DQ but the management have been very sincere about the situation and I feel have went above and beyond trying to make it right. Thanks DQ for what you did it was very nice and my family appreciated it. We will def be back for more blizzards.
